Very pleased
I needed to change a shower tub combo to a walk in shower with hand rails for my elderly mother to use. I wanted it to be safe and functional but attractive. I am very pleased with the results. I am also very pleased that I was able to finance the project with Home Depot.
Professional and Very informative representative
I live in Mesquite NV. and had a representative from Bath Planet stop in for an estimate on our Bathtub to Shower conversion. Colby Jones was pleasant, professional and so knowledgeable about the products , materials and services your company offered that my husband and I were very impressed. There wasn't a question he could not answer and his digital notebook allowed us to view the materials we could select for our home. We also investigated a local tile construction company and decided to go with them for financial and community business support reasons, but if we had not found someone in Mesquite we wanted You to know Colby would have won our business hands down. He is a valuable asset for your business.
Walk-in shower
Had our walk-in tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Bruce Thompson and his crew did a great job. We are very pleased with the results. All work was done neatly, all clean up done with no mess left behind. Workmen were efficient, knew what they were doing and were courteous and cooperative. This is the second time we've used them and would recommend them.
Shower redo

Kindness
Colby was very helpful and kind to my elderly parents who really didn't want this project done, but it needed to be done. Now they love it! It is beautiful and they will enjoy it for the rest of their lives!

Safer than a tub !
I just received my 6 month courtesy visit by the mask wearing Nikki Carson. Really enjoyed talking about a number of subjects, we agreed on all of them, & finished by reviewing the walk in shower. The difference in this walkin vs. a tub is huge. Having had back surgery last year this addition was a must. Love the safety aspect of it, looks great & the 6 month check up was appreciated. Shower install
They were good to ask, so they knew how we wanted the finished project to look. Cleaned up well, when project was done. We are still waiting for the glass & door to be installed, by another company.
